Rachel created this painting for a collaborative Art exhibition. She wanted to challenge herself to paint something larger and reflective. She wanted to paint an image of a man who she felt portrayed, embodied and personified the concept of wisdom watching on. She wanted this piece to reflect that wisdom was viewing how dark and discouraging the times had become. It is a detailed and reflective piece.
